Dukkah & Hallomi Salad

2 great ingredients mixed together to make the perfect healthy lunch!

Ingredients
  

  • 250g Merchant Gourmet Glorious Grains
  • 1/2 pack of halloumi, cut in slices
  • 1 handful of kale, washed and broken into pieces
  • 1tbsp dukkah

Instructions
 

  • Heat a griddle pan over a high heat and lay the halloumi into it, allow to colour for 1-2minutes, turn and repeat. Remove the halloumi from the heat and set aside
  • Add 3tbsp of water to the griddle pan, lower the heat to medium and add the pack of grains and kale, stir continuously until the grains are heated and the kale is wilted, season
  • Plate the grains, kale and halloumi and finish by sprinkling over the dukkah
