  • 100g porridge oats
  • 400ml milk, full fat
  • 1tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 handful of toasted almonds
  • 2tbsp extra thick brandy cream


  • Place the oats and milk into a saucepan over a medium heat, stir and add the cinnamon
  • Bring to a simmer, stirring often and allow to thicken for 5-6 minutes until desired consistency is reached
  • Place the porridge into bowls and add a large spoonful of brandy cream to each, sprinkle over almonds and eat
