green wheat, roasted & sundried with sweet molasses & herbs
Ingredients
- 200g green wheat freekeh
- 4 spring onions, finely sliced
- 125g pomegranate seeds
- 15g flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
- 15g mint, leaves roughly chopped
- 4tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2tbsp pomegranate molasses
Instructions
- Cook freekeh as per packet instructions, allow to cool
- To make the dressing whisk together the extra virgin olive oil and pomegranate molasses, season with salt
- In a large bowl gently mix together the freekeh, spring onions, pomegranate seeds, herbs and dressing. Taste, season and serve
