Nduja is a spicy pork paste, think of it as spreadable salami, traditionally made in Southern Italy – mix with mayo for a perfect dip!

- 4 handfuls of scampi
- 4tbsp mayo
- 1tbsp nduja paste
- 1 lemon, quartered, to serve
- Cook scampi as per packet instructions
- Mix mayo with Nduja and season
- Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
