Ingredients
  

  • 2 tuna steak
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 2tbsp pesto
  • 1 handful of fresh basil leaves to finish

Instructions
 

  • Rub olive oil over steaks and heat griddle pan or frying pan
  • Place steaks into pan, allow to cook for 1-2minutes on each side 
  • Remove from pan, allow to rest for 3 minutes and finish by spooning over pesto
